Right to cancel – Please contact us on torli@twist-stick.co.uk as soon as possible should you wish to cancel your order.

Shipping (UK only). Orders made through our online shop will be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery at a cost of £12.78, which is payable by the customer. Orders are shipped within 1-5 business days. Shipping for bespoke orders will be quoted separately and depend on the requirements. Delivery within the UK is approximately 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Refunds and Exchanges – We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on bespoke products. If you find that there is damage to your order whilst in transit, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item, via email, with a photograph of the damage. We do not offer exchanges on products bought directly through our online shop. If you have any reason to return your product, please contact us in the first instance.
